Graduate engineers immediately start working on real project tasks with the help and mentorship of experienced engineers. Through teamwork, training and dedication to personal development, our goal is that every graduate engineer quickly starts contributing and ultimately develops into an expert in the field.
You will be working in a global, multicultural organisation, offering successful candidates the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of software and hardware.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of object-oriented programming languages, C++ would be ideal.
  • Ability to express ideas and communicate effectively.
  • Exposure to Linux.

Other qualities that will help your CV stand out:

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages, e.g., Python, Bash, or Ruby.
  • Experience of building software outside of the classroom – personal projects, hackathons, or internships.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of neural networks.

In Return:

You will work directly with engineers across the company to build next-generation Arm software solutions. You will have a direct impact on our bottom line and the ability to deliver improvements for our partners. You will be part of a growing, fast-paced, and fun team.
We have a friendly and high-performance working environment. Arm offers a competitive benefits package in Ireland, including private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave and 20-day sabbatical every four years.
